The saving process should work. You only can’t give a name to the file. Instead it shows your progress in percents of the entire game.
Why my game blank when they show like a movie
have the same problem, any fix? I disabled the switchable graphics and let it run with the on-board graphics and boom it worked. But colors are distorted
Try checking the drivers of your graphic card and update it if required.
Can save, but didn’t find the save file.. But I can load the save game…. I downloaded the game..
I don’t have problems with saving and loading saved files. Switching graphics is going well too.

how i get MRI?
Go to the gray rectangle in doctor Jessica’s room. Move against it until you see a flash.
The machine itself is already bought, but it’s lacking a strong magnet. You find it in the doctor’s office at the right side after you got the security laser switched off.
You will get in the MRI after you made a fall trying to get the red aloe.
