As far as I know (which isn’t much) the only way to “update” game is to redownload then copy over the saved game folder. Atleast that is how I have been doing it with most games. But someone else may know better way.

Is there a patch to make the protagonist say that the girls are 14 (as I’ve heard on the internet) instead of 18?
I’m not sure about current version but originally the game would prompt you to enter the age the girls were same as you do a name.
